Swathi Nelabhatla is the Founder of SheJobs (www.she-jobs.com), a job portal focusing on women and Underrepresented Minorities in the USA and India. SheJobs assists women with career gaps to re-enter the workforce and aids organizations in enhancing their Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives. A key focus of SheJobs is supporting women who have children with disabilities. Recently, SheJobs was named the 2022 Impact Company of the Year by DotCom Magazine. In 2021, Swathi was recognized as one of the 20 most Inspiring Women Leaders by Women’s Leaders magazine. Swathi was honored as a Global Inspirational Leader in an initiative by the House of Lords Parliament and White Page International in London, UK. She is the winner of the prestigious Tech Titans 2023 “Community Hero” award and was a finalist for the TECHTITANS 2023 “Startup CEO” award.
